Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Duke - A Gentle Senior with a Heart Full of Loyalty.
Duke is a 12-year-old, neutered male with an adoption fee of $50, and he carries a story that deserves a beautiful next chapter. He spent a decade with the person who adored him, and after she passed away, no family member was able to take him in. Now he’s waiting, patiently, sweetly for someone who will give him the steady, loving home he’s used to.
This beautiful big boy isn’t just looking for a house. He’s looking for his person.
A friendly, talkative companion, Duke enjoys conversation and connection, and he’ll happily keep you company throughout the day.
An affectionate attention-seeker, He loves being near his humans and thrives in a home where someone is around more often than not. , A playful spirit despite his age, he still has a soft spot for pipe cleaners his favorite toy.
A gentle, steady temperament. He’s lived with dogs, cats, and older children, and he prefers calm, predictable environments. He sometimes has a little kitty acne, but is very easily resolved with medication
A simple, sweet, loving soul, Duke doesn’t ask for much, just kindness, routine, and someone who will love him back.
Senior cats like Duke bring a special kind of warmth. They know who they are, they appreciate stability, and they bond deeply with the people who choose them. Duke is ready to give that love again.
Walk-in hours are Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays 12:00–4:00 PM
If those times don’t work, you can fill out the Adoption Inquiry Form on our website under the FORMS tab, and we’ll happily arrange a meet-and-greet that fits your schedule.
