Sydney puts a smile on every face she meets! She is friendly, playful, and eager to learn. She enjoys a good tug-a-war with her sibling, puppy wrestling and chewing on toys and bones. Food-focused, Sydney will be fun to train and responds well with treats and affection. After playtime, she will find a cozy spot to curl up for a nap before her next round of play. Like to walk? So does she! She does well on a leash and is curious about her surroundings and ready to explore. Sydney has done great with potty-training and will continue to do well on a schedule, especially after playtime as she can get a little excited. She does well in a crate if you need to step out for a bit. At night she sleeps all through the night without an accident or needing to go out. Ideally, she would love to sleep snuggled next to someone or another furry friend. Sydney will be a loyal companion to a person or family as she is great with kids and other dogs! She is very friendly and loves to be held and snuggled. Her head fits perfectly on your shoulder for the best puppy hugs! Sydney is the one you’ve been waiting for!

Located in central North Carolina and officially established in 2004, Saving Grace has placed over 15,000 dogs into homes since its inception. These dogs were from rural animal control facilities with little resources and who would otherwise not had the opportunity to receive necessary veterinary care and a chance at adoption. While we have grown significantly over the years and have been successful growing our numbers we still see many great dogs miss the opportunity of adoption.
We have a large variety of dogs varying in breed, size, shape, age and needs and would love to work with you to find you a great dog companion while providing a dog in need with a loving home. Our dogs are chosen based on temperament and socialization. We get some of the most charming, unique mix breeds as well as some striking purebreds. Our dogs come from rural, underserved areas and while they may have little experience as an indoor family member, they have the temperament and personality that is sure to bring much love and appreciation to their new home. Most have started their crate training while in our program. Veterinary care including spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test, vaccinations, monthly preventatives are provided prior to each adoption.
