Cowgirl and her sisters were living with a feral momma as small kittens. DCC took them into their foster program to give them a chance to live the rest of their lives as pampered pets. Cowgirl a beauty and is a sweet young lady. She's due to be spayed on Feb. 11 and will be able to go to her new home a week after that. She is up to date on shots. Fill out an application or send us an email if you would like to meet her.

More about this rescue

We are a rescue group on the Eastern Shore of Maryland that fosters cats and kittens in our homes until they are ready to be adopted. All our fosters are spayed or neutered, SNAP tested, given meds for fleas and parasites and have all shots that are age appropriate. We put our adoptable pets in Petsmart for the public to interact with and to fill out adoption paperwork. We are a nonprofit organization that operates with a staff of volunteers that manage the adoption center at Petsmart, staff shows and adoptathons throughout the year and take homeless cats and kittens into their homes until they are ready for adoption. We are totally dependent on grants and donations to cover our expenses for our foster cats.
