Texas Chihuahua Rescue is based in Pleasanton, Texas. Additional photos and videos will be made available to approved adopters Texas adopters will be required to pick up their adopted dogs in Pleasanton.
Clyde is a one year old terrier mix. Weighing 13 pounds. He is only one but acts very mature for his age. He is a soft and gentle soul . Clyde was in our local shelter scared and afraid and cold, he came in covered in fleas. He was soooo dirty. Now he has a gorgeous coat and is so happy to be rescued. Clyde ad an easy going going. He is great with all people, kids and animals. He is not overly hyper, he is more observant. Although he plays and has fun he is not a big rough house type play pup and plays very well with dogs of all sizes and ages, he does not seem to care about the cats and he is very gentle with kids. He was found with Bonnie and although they are not the same age, so not siblings, we do believe they are related. She may possibly be his mother or cousin or lord knows. They have similar personalities and color pattern. He never barks or fusses. He seems so content being here at the rescue, he will be thrilled to finally have a real home and family. The shelter said he looked like he had some Jack Russell terrier in him and he may but he does not act anything like a Jack Russell. He is not overly hyper. He has no prey drive. He is super chill. He does not even jump up on you. We all just adore Clyde. He is a fantastic dog with a great demeanor, and will be such an maxing addition to a family.
