Meet CECE — a tiny Chiweenie with a big personality packed into her 12-pound frame! At just about 1½ years old, she’s the perfect mix of playful and cuddly. CECE is sweet, loving, and does well with other dogs, making her a wonderful companion for a home with a friendly pup already there.

She loves attention, cozy naps, and being close to her people. Whether it’s short walks, car rides, or curling up on the couch, CECE is happiest when she’s part of the family and included in the fun.

More about this rescue

Friends of Orange County's Homeless Pets (FOCHP) is a licensed 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

The mission of our organization is to make homeless and unwanted pets in Orange
County more adoptable and provide them
the opportunity to find lifelong families. This mission will be accomplished with training, grooming services, veterinary services and rescue. This program is designed to promote the adoption of shelter animals, thus reducing the number of adoptable animals that are euthanized in the Orange County shelters.
