My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Raymond — aka Ray Ray

Don’t let that “8 years old” label fool you… Ray Ray is out here living his best young-guy life. His motto? Stay active, stay young. And he means it.

This fun-sized legend is still spry, playful, and ready to be your sidekick for walks, yard zoomies, and couch time after a day well spent.

The Ray Ray Resume

Great with other dogs

Kid-friendly

Knows his manners — sit, lay down, shake

Walks beautifully on a leash

Certified Good Boy Energy

Ray does have some prey drive, so he needs a small-animal-free home (no cats, bunnies, tiny critters he might mistake for squeaky toys).

‍ Foster Hero Needed

Raymond is heartworm positive, and what he needs most right now is a calm foster home where he can go through treatment away from the loud, stressful shelter environment. Lower stress = better healing, and a comfy home makes a world of difference.

Fostering him means you’re literally helping save his life while he gets back to feeling his best. We’ll guide you through the process — you just provide the love, a soft place to land, and a little patience.

Think Ray Ray belongs on your couch?

Give us a call or come by to meet him!

Got a dog already? Bring them along for a meet & greet — Ray’s ready to make friends

Let’s get this sweet, playful gentleman into a home where he can heal, relax, and keep proving age is just a number.
