This happy, playful guy is the total package! He may be a little cautious at first, but he warms up quickly and is soon showing off his friendly, social personality. He absolutely loves to play—both with people and with toys—and is still adorably figuring out how to do both at the same time. After a good play session, he’s more than content to settle in for a snooze next to you while you work or relax and watch TV.
He’s very food motivated, loves attention, and thrives on interaction with his people. Around other dogs, he can get a bit overexcited, but his manners just need a little polishing. With guidance from people or the right canine sibling, he’ll continue to improve.
He’s doing great with crate training: he may cry briefly at first, but settles within a few minutes and sleeps through the night without issue. He’s also doing wonderfully with house training. Truly, he’s just the best boy with a big heart and lots of joy to share.

Our mission is to provide Chicagoland families with adoptable dogs from across the U.S. and provide local education and resources.
We are excited to embark on this journey as a new foster-based rescue. We are looking to create a strong volunteer base. If you are interested please fill out our volunteer application here.
