My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to Pip — a 9 week-old Chihuahua mix (possibly with Pug) who may be tiny at just 7 pounds, but his joyful spirit and playful personality are larger than life!

Bursting with puppy energy and curiosity, Pip is full of life and always ready to explore the world (or at least your living room). He’s especially fond of his toys and will happily entertain himself with zoomies and playful tumbles. While he’s still learning the ropes of potty training, he’s a smart little guy who just needs an adopter with time, patience, and a willingness to guide him through all the important puppy lessons. Pip's sister is Squeak and she is up for adoption as well.

Pip gets along well with other dogs and would love a home that understands the needs of a young puppy. He hasn’t been around cats or children yet, but due to his size and age, he’s best suited for a home with children over age 7. Pip is currently being fostered in Austin, TX, and is available for adoption in Austin and the immediate surrounding areas.

Pip's Forever Home Must-Haves:

Adopters who are home more often than not
A fenced yard
Children over 7 years of age
No apartments
No swimming pools

Pip's adoption fee of $450 includes his vet exam, basic vaccinations, fecal test, wormer, heartworm/tick testing, preventative, neuter, and microchip.
