I am a boy that appreciates a little attention but does not necessarily need it 24/7. I can be a little spicy around the edges, however, sometimes just leaving me be to my naps is preferred. Ausable Valley is a private non-profit No Kill animal shelter. We have a very active core of volunteers and have a play and exercise based enrichment program for all of our animals. AVAS staff work very hard to match pets to people.
