Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Ru! I have a nice mix of playful and relaxed. I enjoy toys when you are playing with me and I love mealtime, especially wet food. But my favorite activity by far is getting pets. The moment you walk in, I am rubbing on your legs, arms, and face, then flopping over for more.
I could happily soak up attention for hours. I can be a little enthusiastic about asking for it, but I calm down quickly if you pause. I am long, lanky, and striking, with the potential to be a big lap cat.
I am now well socialized with the resident animals in my foster home. I am friendly, playful, and very affectionate, and I love interacting with the young male cats here. I am extremely confident and can be a bit dominant, so if I join a home with other cats, I would do best with easygoing friends. As for dogs, I live with a German Shepherd Lab mix. I like to jump at her and keep her on her toes, though I also roll over and show my belly, so I might just be inviting her to play. A non reactive or cat savvy dog would be the best match for me.
I am also loving my window box now that the weather is warming up and the windows are open. My perfect home is one where I can get lots of affection throughout the day and be your loving, slightly needy, very confident sidekick.
Love, Ru
