Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cecilia Hope and her son, Crowley Dean, are a deeply bonded pair who have never been apart and are hoping to find a home where they can stay together forever. They were surrendered through no fault of their own after their family experienced a housing change. Both dogs can be a little nervous when meeting new people at first, and Crowley especially may take extra time to feel comfortable around men. With patience, kindness, and gentle reassurance, their sweet personalities truly begin to shine.
In their previous home, Cecilia and Crowley lived with a baby and did well. They have also been handling the shelter environment and veterinary care very well, showing their resilience and gentle nature. Cecilia’s former owner shared that she can be cautious on walks, particularly around things with wheels like bikes, but she gains confidence when she feels safe and supported. Crowley is very devoted to his mom and isn’t interested in making canine friends. She’s his whole world, and he prefers to keep it that way.
Once they feel comfortable, Cecilia and Crowley are incredibly loving, gentle, and affectionate companions. Their bond is truly special to witness, and earning their trust is deeply rewarding. They’re looking for a calm, understanding home that will give them time, love, and the chance to blossom together.
