Meet Zeppelin 🖤
Zeppelin is a 7-year-old black Lab / Chow mix with a big heart and a huge love for fetch. A tennis ball is his absolute favorite, and he’s always up for playtime.
He’s a gentle, well-mannered dog who does great with other dogs, children, and adults. Zeppelin has a calm, loving personality and enjoys both playing and relaxing near his people.
He does have a food allergy to chicken and possibly all fowl, so he needs a non-poultry diet. He also has a minor issue with one back hip — after laying down for long periods, he may hesitate to put weight on that leg at first, but he does fine once he gets moving and still enjoys walks and playing fetch.
This has been a very difficult decision. Zeppelin was originally my sister’s dog, and we agreed to care for him temporarily. What was supposed to be two months has turned into over a year, and she’s still unable to take him back. With two dogs already and a baby arriving soon, we can no longer financially support a third dog.
