What's a NEKU? Associated with the Japanese word for "cat" (Neko), it also denotes an air of grace and independence. Gamers will tell you it refers to a "sound controller". Ok, maybe. Our endearing beyond words senior guy is a beautifully marbled tabby who wants nothing more than to share his love with you. He's lived peacefully with other cats before and from everything we've seen here, he yearns deeply to find love and affection. The only "sounds" you might hear are contented purrs (as he rolls over to claim your waiting arms) and a very jolly, rasp of a "me-ow" should you even be considering walking away without a snuggle. Those golden eyes will pull you in, and his eagerness to please you is pretty undeniable. Neku is a still playful, good natured companion who would like to connect with someone looking for an easy-going new friend.
The Rescue is open 7 days a week for you to come and meet our pets! Walk-ins are welcome! In order to interact with them, you’ll need a simple questionnaire filled out. You can fill this out at the Rescue or before you come in at: https://petstablished.com/adoption_form/36923/generic
