My name is Archie!

Archie is a 3.5-year-old Abyssinian. This exquisite feline turns heads with his sleek ticked coat, alert almond-shaped eyes, and graceful, athletic build. Archie is friendly, confident, and incredibly tolerant of handling, making him a wonderful companion for someone who enjoys interacting with their pet often. True to his breed, he absolutely lights up when feather toys come out and will happily leap, chase, and show off his impressive agility. He isn’t the type of cat who hides away—Archie wants to be where the action is and part of your daily routine. He previously lived an indoor only lifestyle with teenagers and did well. However, he was very fearful of dogs.

Abyssinians are known as one of the most active and intelligent cat breeds, often described as the “athletes” or “acrobats” of the cat world. They are curious explorers who love climbing high perches, investigating every corner, and engaging in interactive play. Archie will thrive in a home that can provide vertical spaces like cat trees or shelves, puzzle toys, and regular play sessions to keep both his body and mind busy.
