Say hello to Bruno, the cutest little low-rider to hit our rescue! At 1 year and 1 month old and 35 pounds, this stubby-legged brindle boy is packed with love, personality, and playful energy.

Have you ever seen so much cuteness in such a compact package? 😍 Those short legs, that brindle coat, that happy face — Bruno turns heads everywhere he goes.

As for his breed? Your guess is as good as ours! We like to call him a “Heinz 57 Low-Rider Special” — a perfect blend of adorable with a splash of mystery. Whatever mix he may be, one thing is certain… he’s 100% lovable. 💕

Their adoption process

1.
Submit Application

Go to our website at www.humanesocietyofcalvertcounty.org and fill out an application. Once we do our reviews, we will call you for a meet.

2.
Meet the Pet

We will do a background check, home check using Google Earth and ensure that the application would be a good fit for our dog.

3.
Take the Pet Home

If everything checks out and you don't have other dogs requiring a meet & greet be scheduled, you will be able to adopt the dog that day.

Additional adoption info

If a potential adopter has other animals in the household, we will schedule a meet & greet to ensure that all get along.
