My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

We have a young male puppy who is approximately 2 1/2 months old. He currently weighs 15 pounds. We believe he will grow to be a medium to large-sized dog, and he appears to have some herding breed characteristics. He is an absolute love bug! He loves to follow you around all day and enjoys sleeping in your bed at night. This outgoing and active puppy is currently working on his housetraining and learning basic commands.

We are now accepting applications and will reach out to potential adopters starting February 19, when he is ready to meet people. He will be neutered, microchipped, and have started his vaccinations. Please note that we cannot accommodate "meet and greets" with resident dogs at this time, as he is not fully vaccinated. We recommend slow introductions when bringing him into your home. More about this rescue

We are dog and cat lovers who want to help decrease the number of healthy pets being euthanized. We do this through adopting pets to caring homes and by spaying and neutering every pet before it is adopted out. We operate a Thrift store named Critters, which is volunteer run with all money brought goes to support our "No Kill" rescue. Critters is located on the same property as our shelter. We take in homeless animals because they are in need and are unable to help themselves.
