Tucker is a German shorthaired pointer who just turned 5yrs old on January 31, 2026. He is crate trained, potty trained, knows basic commands. He is very high energy so a place with a big yard would be preferred. He is a strong puller on a leash but loves trails when he can free roam as long as you put a beeper collar on so he doesnt go too far ahead. It would be preferable for him to go to a home with older kids as he's not always aware of his surroundings when running with smaller children. Also smaller children tend to play with play doh and crayons which he will gobble up the second he gets the chance. Also a gate to the kitchen is advised because he is very fast and loves his food. Overall he is a good dog he just really stresses out my 3 year old and needs somewhere where he can get more exercise or not be confined to a small space. He needs a home that can give him the attention and space he needs. Also toy wise only aggressive chewer!
