Meet Meli! Meli is a gentle and careful cat who appreciates a soft, quiet and warm home. He loves pets on his head, chin, and jaw. When he warms up to you he will plop himself on top of you when you’re watching a show or relaxing and has the sweetest purrs and grunts of appreciation.
He has a difficult time with loud noises, sudden movements, and anything that may trap him (eg walking down a hallway when he’s there). Definitely needs a home that is softer, attentive of him, and lets him do his own thing sometimes. He is a vocal lad and will meow for snacks and purr for pets.
He gets the zoomies occasionally and mostly at night time, needs a few litter boxes in different areas of the house, and loves specific treats. Also loves scratch posts (doesn’t tear up our carpet or cloth items thankfully but loves to claw). He will let you hold him/pick him up once he is familiar with you (and will jump when he doesn’t want to be held). He is around 4 years old.
