Why I need a new home

Found or abandoned

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

María is a beautiful calico cat and an incredibly loving mother. When I found her, she was pregnant and later gave birth to six kittens. Sadly, two were stillborn. I could see the sadness in her eyes when she realized her babies were not breathing, but despite her loss, she devoted herself completely to the kittens who survived, caring for and protecting them with so much love.

María currently has two kittens still with her. It would mean so much if the person who adopts her would consider adopting one of her babies as well, as the bond she has with them is truly special. She is a gentle, devoted, and loving mama who deserves a safe and caring home. 🤍
