Pumpkin came to us when her owner passed away and no one else could take her in. She`s a really sweet and gentle soul who loves to be brushed and pet for hours. She`s a great lapcat and she does really well in quieter environments. She does get along well with other cats and dogs. She is kid and adult friendly. Her former owner spoiled her and she is looking for nothing less! She`s a big lady with a big heart!

Our shelter facility opened it's doors August 4th, 2011.
Our mission is to prevent suffering, neglect, abuse and cruelty to animals through community awareness and education, promoting responsible pet ownership and ending the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Pawnee County, Kansas. Since 2005, we have helped over 2,000 lost, stray, dumped, or relinquished animals to find loving homes.
