My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Bella!

Joined us in: February 2026

About Bella:
• A social, affectionate girl who enjoys attention and connecting with her people.
• Transferred from South Korea and currently learning the ropes of life in Canada.
• Curious and eager to explore her surroundings as she settles into home life.
• Very toy-motivated, making playtime and training fun and rewarding.

Her perfect match:
• A home ready to support her transition with patience, routine, and positive guidance.
• An adopter comfortable using a two-leash system on walks to help keep her safe while she builds confidence outdoors.
• A great fit for a first-time owner who’s excited to learn alongside her.
• Dog-savvy, patient children who understand giving her space as she adjusts.
• May be able to live with another dog given slow, thoughtful introductions.
• Small animals are not recommended due to prey drive.

Some extra facts about Bella:
• Likely social with other dogs, though she may bark at dogs she sees outside the window.
• Very curious and benefits from crate training to help keep her safe and set her up for success at home.

In short:
Bella is a sweet, curious girl with lots of potential. With patience, structure, and plenty of playtime, she’s ready to grow into a confident, happy companion in her forever home.
