My name is August!

August is a 2 year old Maltese/Yorkie mix looking for an experienced owner and a loving home. Prior to his placement at his current home, he endured physical abuse from both his owner and other pets.

He may be quite frightened at first, but August is a sweet boy who requires patience and understanding as he adjusts to his new forever home. Small children are not ideal, but he does get along with cats. He’s very active and loves to play, but he needs a fenced yard, he is an escape artist!

Leash and crate trained, will let you know when he has to go outside but is still working on being housebroken with indoor pee pads.
