Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Nala! Nala is a stunning and sweet longhaired kitty looking for a forever home. She is approximately 8 months old, and came to us with a pretty significant flea allergy that caused her entire body to be riddled with scabs and she was very itchy and uncomfortable. Due to this condition, her fur is very thinned out and she will need time to grow her fur back to its true fluffy glory now that she has been treated. Nala's adoption fee is $100 and she is now spayed, microchipped, vaccinated and FELV/FIV negative. She uses the litterbox here at the shelter and is just a really nice girl! Stop by the shelter during our open business hours to meet Nala, or call/email the shelter with questions: 630-553-9256 or animalcontrol@Kendallcountyil.gov

Kendall County Animal Control is the county agency responsible for enforcement of the state statutes governing rabies control in domestic companion animals. The State of Illinois requires that all dogs are vaccinated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian. Compliance with this law is monitored through the issuance of rabies tags for all dogs residing in the county. All dogs are required to wear their rabies tags when off of the owner's property. If a pet is lost, rabies tags also provide an excellent means of identifying your pet.
Kendall County Animal Control also enforces the county's ordinance that prohibits dogs from running at large in unincorporated residential subdivisions, investigates reports of animal bites, and will pick up contained stray dogs in unincorporated Kendall County during operating hours. Stray and owner released cats and dogs may also be brought to the facility during business hours. Cats and dogs are available for adoption at the facility.
