My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Gideon. I’m a 6-month-old terrier mix weighing about 31 pounds, and I’m a gentle, thoughtful guy who’s still learning how good life can be. I get along well with other dogs and kids, and while I’m unsure about cats, I do best when introductions are slow and kind. I enjoy toys, appreciate quiet moments, and I’m very treat-motivated, which helps me build confidence and learn new things at my own pace.

I came in feeling unsure, but I’m learning to trust people more every day. I can be a little shy at first, but once I know I’m safe, I’m affectionate, loyal, and eager for attention. I’d love a patient home that understands I’m still growing and is excited to help me blossom into the confident companion I’m meant to be.
