Meet Drumstick

Drumstick was just 2 months old when he was discovered by a postal worker during her rural mail route. Sadly, he didn’t meet the qualifications to become a postal feline, so instead he joined rescue—and we think that was the universe’s way of sharing him with you.

This sweet boy is ALL about playtime. Play is his favorite thing in the world, and he’s always ready for fun. Drumstick gets along great with other cats and thrives with feline friends.

When it comes to food, Drumstick likes his personal space. He may swat to keep others away while he eats, something that has already improved over time. His future adopter just needs to be mindful and help him continue building good mealtime manners.

Drumstick would likely do well with a cat-friendly dog after a proper introduction. He will need a feline companion in his forever home—either an existing cat or a buddy he goes home with—because life is better with friends.
