Meet the Pet
This helps RescuedOhio with pet care costs.
Meet Penny! She's a 10 week old, happy, lively, playful pup.
She is crate training (doing fantastic, sleeps in crate all night) and potty training (still a work in progress) while learning what toys are for! Penny made her way from a barn in Kentucky to a shelter and then happily to RescuedOhio.
She loves her foster’s fenced in back yard and running through the snow. Penny is friendly towards the foster’s cats. She hasn’t been around other dogs yet but she’s so playful we think she’d do great with other dogs and kids.
Penny is very snuggly once she gets her zoomies out and will nap beside you (or on you!) on the couch. She likes squeaker toys, chewies and all snacks. We haven't found any dislikes yet!
Penny is a good girl who wants to learn and make you happy. Her favorite rewards are lovins! Penny is as cute as she is smart and any family would be lucky to pick her up!
Adoption fee is $400. All fees include spay/neuter, microchip, flea and heartworm current. Apply at rescuedohio.org to become an approved adopter and a meet and greet can be set up once approved.
