My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Handsome Fletcher is ready for his forever home! Before he ever knew warm blankets, full bellies, or gentle hands, he and his siblings were found huddled together with their mom inside an abandoned doghouse in a rural area. The cold was unforgiving. Their mom was painfully thin, doing everything she could to keep her babies alive. They were freezing, scared, and had been all but forgotten by the world — until help finally came. That rescue changed everything. And Fletherr? He has never looked back. He lives each day with joy and gratitude, as if he knows just how close things came to going very differently. He never misses an opportunity to soak up love, celebrate life, or thank his foster family with enthusiastic tail wags and slobbery puppy kisses.

This little survivor is off to a great start
Potty training in progress — and he’s making awesome strides with frequent outdoor breaks
Sleeping through the night in his cozy wire crate with her siblings
Leash training has begun — and he’s tackling it with eagerness and confidence

He didn’t have an easy beginning — but he’s more than ready for the happy ending he deserves. If your life could use more smiles, snuggles, and a daily reminder of how powerful love can be, Fletcher is ready to clock in as your new best friend. Fletcher is a rez puppy, which means he’s a perfectly unpredictable blend of many breeds — aka a designer dog crafted by Mother Nature herself.

More about this rescue

Circle 2 Animal Rescue is a non-profit, no-kill 501c3 rescue organization dedicated to rescuing homeless, abused and abandoned animals. By working with committed volunteers, foster homes, and local veterinarians, we are able to rescue animals in need, providing them with loving care, and placing them in well-matched, carefully screened permanent homes. We are dedicated to rescuing dogs and horses where they are at risk of euthanasia due to overpopulation, left abused, alone and homeless. Animals in our care are spayed or neutered and receive all appropriate veterinary care and treatment. We assist animals in distress without regard to age, breed or ease of placement.
