Cleo is a one-year-old female cat with stunning green eyes and a sleek, shiny black coat that makes her absolutely striking. Petite at just 7 pounds, she still has that fun kitten-like playfulness, bringing energy and curiosity to everything she does. Cleo enjoys pets and attention and is always happy to spend time with her people, whether it’s playtime or quiet cuddles.
She came to us from a shelter that had reached full capacity and is now hoping to find a forever home where her beauty and sweet personality can truly shine.

All of our cats and kittens go home spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on their core vaccines, as well as flea and tick preventatives. Each adoption also includes a 3.5-pound bag of Iams cat food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.

A one-of-a-kind animal welfare organization, Anderson Humane focuses on creating and supporting mutually beneficial relationships between people and animals. Current programming such as our Adoption Program, Military Veterans’ Program, and Healing Paws Pet Therapy Program create positive, impactful connections between people and animals, improving the lives of both. Future programs will be offered in partnership with human-service organizations throughout our community, maximizing impact and changing lives for the better.

Services such as our Low-Cost Vaccination, Dental, and Spay/Neuter Clinics offer affordable veterinary care options, preventing owners from having to give up their pets simply because they can’t afford care. On the horizon are additional programs to keep pets in homes, such as a pet food pantry, affordable pet training options, and temporary housing for pets when families are in crisis.
