Behavioral issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beni is an amazing dog he’s trained and really smart.
The problem is that he’s started getting aggressive towards my wife and we think is because we don’t have enough time with him.
We work 12-14 hrs a day everyday so he’s alone most of the time
Lots of energy he likes to play frisbee and lots of hiking
Breaks my heart but my wife doesn’t feel safe at home anymore
At first we thought it was rage syndrome but it wasn’t the vet says it could be anxiety we tried some pills but no luck. He gets really aggressive and has bitten my wife three times already
They’re like episodes because then he’s back to being our Beni really playful and always wanting to be next to us
