Kat (aka Kit Kat) is a 11-month-old Terrier mix who recently found herself in our care in October as a stray. She is a smaller girl weighing only 35 lbs. She has the most adorable satellite ears, knows how to sit, and really likes to be a lap dog. She can be a little shy at first but once she gets comfortable in a home she opens up and shows off her sweet personality. She has so much potential to bring to a new home and is so excited to meet you! She is dog friendly, so if you have another pup at home, she would love to be their best friend. Kat has also spent a little bit of time in a foster home, and she did great around kids, cats and chickens. She is heartworm negative and will be spayed upon adoption.
Kat's $300 adoption fee includes spay/neuter, up to date vaccines, microchip AND transport fee to a location near you. We currently have transportation to CT, MD, NJ, NY, PA, VA, GA, and TN. Please email transport@hssm.org for more information on transports!
