My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Garfield is a very loving 10yr old who wants to be a lap cat. He came to live with our family after one of our relatives could no longer care for him.

He is very sweet and gentle, even with our toddler, but he needs a lot of attention. His previous owner was retired and devoted all their attention to him, but unfortunately we're not in a position to do that. This causes him stress, and to sometimes go outside of his litter box. His vet has run the gambit, and Garfield is in excellent health. She believes this is behavioral, and a result of stress from not getting enough attention.

The ideal home for Garfield would be with at least one person will be home most of the time, and where he will receive lots of attention.

He should not live with other pets, but is good with people of all ages.

If you're looking for a loving, fluffy, orange lap cat, Garfield would be a perfect fit.
