If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Ginger is a rescue/foundling pup around 3 yrs old now, she waltzed up to our house one day in 2024 with our other dog Pepper and wouldn’t leave! We thought they were sweet and didn’t want anything bad to happen to them so we kept them in our side yard separate from our first dog Chester. We thought they could all learn to get along but after two years doing our best to integrate them they still don’t get along with Chester. We have a toddler and baby and are having a hard time providing adequate care and training to help the dogs get along. They continue to get in fights with our first dog, so we have decided to rehome, as reluctant as we are to do this. Ginger loves people and is a nervous but happy dog! She loves to eat but has learn to sit and wait for her food. She also loves fetching tennis balls and sticks! She has a lot of potential and with training and love she’ll be a very good companion to have!
