Gary had a rough start to life—found as a stray under a porch with his siblings, he came into foster care with painfully infected eyes and a chip on his tiny shoulder. After weeks of medicine (and plenty of grumbling about it), Gary wasn’t sure he wanted to trust people again. But with time, patience, and love, this brave boy has bloomed into a playful, affectionate companion who now runs to his foster mom for attention and even curls up next to her in the chair when he’s in the mood for cuddles. Forgiven, indeed.
Gary is full of kitten spirit—he loves chasing toys, watching birds from the window, and pouncing on any bug that dares to sneak indoors. But his favorite playmate is his best buddy, Lt. Dan. The two spend their days wrestling, napping side by side, and plotting new adventures together. Since their bond is so strong (and, let’s be honest, their names are meant to go together!), we’d love for Gary and Lt. Dan to be adopted as a pair.
