Sydney’s life started in the worst way imaginable. She and her siblings were dumped at a literal landfill in Mexico when they were just babies, left to fend for themselves at roughly 6–8 weeks old. While other puppies were learning what safety felt like, Sydney was learning how to survive.
She’s grown up in rescue. And somehow — despite everything — she is gentle, loving, and trying so hard.
Sydney is shy at first, especially in new situations, but once she trusts you, she’s all heart. She’ll want to be near you, curl up close, or quietly hang out in her crate where she feels safe. She’s incredibly sweet, very smart, and continues to blossom more every day.
She does best with structure, patience, and someone who understands that confidence comes with time. Watching her realize she’s finally safe is genuinely special.
