My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Note from Seal’s doggy day out-

Seal is a sweet boy looking for his forever home or a foster. He has a few quirks and needs an adopter who understands him and loves him for his personality. Seal is dog selective and has a tendency to resource guard items such as food or toys, as well as human attention. He does best in a stable pairing with one other dog who he can trust. Seal also does well in a home with cats!

Seal can be strong on the leash but enjoys getting outside and burning energy. He has very funny facial expressions and is bound to make anyone smile!

More about this rescue

We are an animal welfare organization located in Shelby County, Alabama. Our mission is to rescue “priority” dogs (priority dogs are dogs who are at risk of euthanasia due to length of shelter stay, lack of interest from the public, behavioral issues, medical needs, and age) from overcrowded shelters to rehabilitate, rehome, shelter, and provide the love they deserve.
