Bud is amazing with other dogs and absolutely wonderful with children. He currently goes to work with his foster mom, where she works with children with autism and other special needs — and he thrives in that environment. He’s calm, gentle, intuitive, and seems to naturally understand how to match his energy to the kids around him. He truly has the temperament of a therapy dog.

At home, Bud is happy to lounge, soak up affection, and just be near his people. He’s affectionate without being overwhelming and has that steady, loving presence that makes everyone feel comfortable.

Bud is the kind of dog who will be someone’s heart dog — loyal, kind, and endlessly sweet. Whoever adopts him is getting something really special.
