My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

👑 Meet Hannah – Our Observant Tortie Queen ❤️

Hannah is a gorgeous 5-year-old tortoiseshell who was surrendered to our care by the kind person who took her in as a stray. Now she’s ready to find a forever home of her own.

This lovely lady prefers to supervise rather than participate in the kitten chaos of our adoption room. She can often be found watching the youngsters’ hooliganism with a slightly judgemental expression — and we can’t blame her! When they bounce a little too close, she’ll offer a small grumble to remind them that royalty deserves personal space.

At this stage, we’re not quite sure if Hannah would prefer to reign as the solo queen of her castle or share her kingdom with respectful subjects. With the right introduction, she may surprise us!

💌 Ready to adopt?
We recommend submitting an adoption application first:
https://www.rapsbc.com/cat-adoption/

Our team carefully reviews all applications. Successful applicants will be contacted to arrange a meet-and-greet (which may be scheduled outside regular visiting hours).

Come meet this beautiful, wise tortie and see if she’s the queen your home has been waiting for! 🐾

Additional adoption info

We adopt kittens in pairs (under 1 year of age) and consider adoptions of single kittens into homes that already have a well-matched kitten or cat. We do not split bonded pairs. Some of our adult cats prefer to reign solo as the only cat in the home. While the majority of our adoptables are at the Adoption Centre and in our foster network, there are a small number of cats available for adoption at the RAPS Cat Sanctuary.
