Meet Dozer!

This handsome man was recently brought in as a stray, and is now searching for his furever home!
Do you want a big lap dog, who loves giving kisses and snuggles? Dozer might be the pup for you. He loves playing with hard chews , and tennis balls. This spunky boy loves to play! Dozer walks really well on a leash and knows the word " sit ". If you don't see him playing with a toy , you can find him getting belly rubs on someone lap. We would recommend Dozer go into a dog and cat free home. If you would like to meet this sweet boy , put in an application today!

Dozer is 2 1/2 years old, neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Their adoption process

1.

Visit the Facility and Find a Pet

Check out all of the pets on our website and or stop in to meet them at the shelter.

2.

Submit Application

Submit an adoption application and wait for an adoption counselor to contact you about your approval.

3.

Approve Application

Come in to meet the pet and make sure they are a good fit. If you have a dog in the home we require dog to dog meet and greets.

4.

Take the Pet Home

Once you have found the best fit you will take the pet home for a two week foster trial period.

5.

Sign Adoption Contract

At the end of the two week period, come back into the shelter to finalize your adoption and enjoy your new best friend!

Shelter is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10-4:30. We also participate is various adoption events throughout the year.
