My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Pickles, a 2-year-old, 10-pound Miniature Australian Shepherd with a heart as big as his energy! This friendly, affectionate little guy is equal parts cuddle bug and zoomie machine. Pickles thrives on playtime—especially with his doggie pals—and he never turns down a squeaky toy or a game of chase. He’s great with other dogs and would absolutely love a canine companion in his forever home. Though he’s still finishing up his potty training journey, he’s almost there and making consistent progress. He’s already crate trained and sleeps soundly through the night, dreaming of toys and tail wags. Bonus: His eyes are of two different colors!!

Pickles is currently fostered in Austin, TX, and is available for adoption only within the Austin area. He’s looking for a home that can keep up with his active nature, provide structure, and shower him with love. Bonus points if you're around more often than not—Pickles is happiest when he’s with his people or pup friends.

Must-haves for Pickles' forever home:

A doggie sibling
A fenced-in yard
Adopters who are home more often than not
Children in the home must be age 7 or older
Located in the Austin, TX area only
No swimming pools, unless fenced.

Luke’s adoption adoption fee of $450 includes vet exam, age appropriate vaccinations, fecal test, wormer, heart worm/tick test & preventative, neuter, and microchip.
