Emmy is a breathtaking gray tabby with soulful eyes that tell a story of love, loss, and quiet resilience.
Her life began the way every kitten’s should — cherished, cuddled, and taught how to love. But somewhere along the way, her world shifted. The family she once knew moved on, and Emmy was left behind to figure out life on her own.
Thankfully, a kind-hearted woman opened her heart and gathered Emmy and four other cats into the shelter of an abandoned house. It wasn’t perfect — not even close. The winters were so cold you could see your breath inside. Unkind squatters would wander through. Safety was never guaranteed. And now, that house is scheduled to be torn down, once again shaking the fragile stability Emmy had found.
Through it all, Emmy has remained gentle.
She is healing. Learning. Softening.
Every day she’s discovering that she doesn’t have to brace herself for the next storm. She’s beginning to trust that hands can be kind. That warmth can last. That love doesn’t have to disappear.
Emmy is proving to be the sweet, devoted companion she was always meant to be — the kind of cat who will quietly curl beside you, offer slow blinks of trust, and fill your home with peaceful presence.
She is fully vetted and ready. All she needs now is someone to choose her — not just for today, but forever.

We are a small rescue group that saves abandoned kittens and cats off of the streets, vets them and work to find them a happy safe next chapter. We are also hitting the overpopulation problem with hitting it at its core with TNR.
