Meet this sweet 5 month old Lab mix with the softest eyes and the gentlest heart. She’s a super shy girl who is still learning that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. With patience, structure, and lots of love, she truly begins to blossom.
She thrives with positive reinforcement and kind guidance, gaining confidence a little more each day. Once she feels comfortable, her tender, affectionate personality shines through, and there’s nothing more special than earning her trust.
This special girl is looking for a home that will move at her pace, celebrate her small victories, and show her that she’s safe and loved. In the right home, she’s sure to grow into a loyal, devoted companion who will love you with her whole heart.
We do not have a facility for you to visit. You are welcome to email ccrcdogs@ccrcdogs.com with specific questions, but please complete the online application, which can be found at www.ccrcdogs.com, to secure your position in line for one of our dogs. You can also find a description of our process on that same page. Puppies will not be available to be seen until their 10-day quarantine has passed. Our adoption fees are listed on our website and cover the cost of the spay/neuter, age-appropriate shots and tests, medications to bring the dog to full health, and a free visit with one of our approved vets after adoption. Most dogs at CCRC are obtained from animal control centers so there is often very little known about their history or current habits. You can always expect to do some training, regardless of whether you adopt a dog or a puppy, including crate training, house training, and basic manners. CCRC has a variety of materials and resources to assist you with this, and we have trainers who will offer free phone/email support.
