Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Foster Cat`s Name: Soju
Sex: Male
Breed: Domestic Short Hair
* If Other, please specify :
Colour/Pattern : White Black
Date of Birth (if known):
If not able to be adopted immediately, when can they be adopted (example: if kitten is under 8 weeks or waiting on medical treatment):
My Foster Likes (a few words or one sentence) : He enjoys scratches on his own terms and will let you know when he’s in the mood for affection. Playtime is something he prefers to do independently, keeping himself entertained at his own pace. A true foodie at heart, he absolutely loves treats and never misses a meal. ??
My Foster Dislikes (a few words or one sentence): He prefers not to have too much attention and values his personal space. Being carried isn’t his favorite, and he’s happiest when affection is kept gentle and brief, on his own terms.
My Foster`s Ideal Home Would Have (a few words or one sentence): His ideal home is a calm, patient environment with people who respect his independence and allow him to set the pace for affection.
Good with cats?: Yes
Good with dogs?: Tolerates
Good with children?: Unknown but should be fine
Would this kitty enjoy an animal companion?: Yes
Temperament: Independent
Ideal type of household?: Medium activity
How long will it take kitty to settle into a new environment?: A few weeks
Foster cat`s bio for their adoption profile: Meet this independent little guy from **Wynyard, Saskatchewan**, one of 45 cats rescued from a difficult situation with no proper care or safe space. He enjoys scratches on his own terms, prefers to play independently, and has a big love for food and treats. He’ll thrive in a calm, understanding home with adopters who respect his boundaries, making him a steady and rewarding companion. ??
Any special needs or traits the adopter should know about? (we may add this to the bio):

More about this rescue
Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill. The majority of the cats rescued by SCAT, however, are socialized and available for adoption. As the city grows, so to does the need for our services. Adopt, Donate, Volunteer, TODAY!
