Maximo is a wiggly, joy-filled sweetheart who loves the people he learns to trust. With time and patience, once he knows you, he greets you with happy hops, a wagging tail, and the cutest play bows. He’s a adores snuggles and walks and appears potty trained (and would love to continue training!). Maximo would prefer to be the only dog in the home and would do best without young children, where he can relax and truly shine. He forms strong bonds with his person and is ready to be someone’s loyal best friend.

This would include a dog to dog meet for any adoptable dog and the resident dogs of the potential adopter. Dog meets are required.

Adoptions are same day and no holds are allowed.

If you see a pet you would like to adopt, note the animal's ID# and visit the shelter immediately or call 303.326.8280 for additional information. Pets cannot be held for potential adopters.

All adoptions are first come first serve. Our kennels are not open to the public, but all adoptable animals are available for a meet and greet. We recommend all family members be a part of the adoption visit, and require dog meets for dog adoptions.
Adoptions end an hour prior to close.
