Otis is the most confident, silly, happy puppy ever! He loves to play with toys and other dogs. He also LOVES to go for sniffy walks and explore all the new smells and new places, and he is obsessed with meeting new friends — both human and dog. He is already getting the hang of potty training and sleeps through the entire night with no accidents in his pen and no crying!
Otis is one smart cookie and loves to learn! He already knows sit, down, come, and place. He is a ball of energy, but also loves to cuddle next to his foster humans on the couch, sit on their lap while they watch TV, and shove his booty in the air for booty scratches.
Otis is easygoing, has done well with the kids he's met, and would do well in just about any home. He loves playing with his foster doggie siblings, meeting new people, and greeting everyone with a happy wiggle butt. When out for walks, he wags his tail at passersby in the hopes that they are stopping to see him. (Of course they are!) He has not met any cats yet, but with some training could likely get along with a cat.
Ideally, Otis's forever family would have a fenced yard and a doggie playmate for him, though he would likely be fine without a yard and doggie friend as long as he got plenty of playtime and sniffy walks.
