Landlord permission issues

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My cat just had a litter of 5 kittens. Due to landlord permissions I cannot keep them. They are all house broken and are beginning to eat dry kitten food(Iams purple bag)! We have a small dog that they love wrestling and playing around with. I am asking $30 for each one of them to help me with the cats I currently have. The mother needs to be spayed and I'm trying to gather up enough to do that. Anything you can do will help immensely. So far I cannot see any issues you would have with them. Feel free to call me at (xxx) xxx-xxxx . Ask for Victoria. They are about to be 6 weeks on Valentine's Day and this would a great gift to give a loved one or your child! I look forward to speaking with you. Thanks
