My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy is a very well behaved 7 yr old Husky/Shephard mix. She is about 90 lbs, loves to play but also like quiet time. She is in good health and up to date on all shots. Is good with children and other dogs.
I rescued Lucy about 1 1/2 yrs ago when her owner suddenly died. In September of last year I was involved in a car accident and hurt my neck, back and knee. After months of therapy I’m still not good. I also have severe arthritis and I am in a lot of pain. It is very painful for me to walk her and care for her.
I had someone who was going to take her but cannot now. I am moving in 3 weeks. I hate to do this but I have no choice.
I am happy to help with her food for a couple of months.
She is a good sweet girl and I hope for a home were she will be loved and played with and possibly have a friend.
