Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Theodore – ID 16764 – Kennel 318
Terrier mix – Tri color – Male
2 years old – 32 lb
Arrived February 6
Will be neutered prior to adoption – Up to date on vaccines – Heartworm negative
Theodore arrived at the shelter with Daisy, and both were understandably frightened. Theodore was especially overwhelmed by the noise and activity, so he has been moved to a quieter area where he can decompress and begin to feel safe again.
Even through his fear, Theodore has shown what a gentle, sweet boy he truly is. He knows how to sit and takes comfort in calm, reassuring interactions. Once he feels secure, his soft nature really shines through. He is not a difficult dog — just a sensitive one who needs a patient, kind person to help him rebuild his confidence.
Daisy was fortunate to be rescued, but Theodore is still waiting, hoping someone notices him too. He didn’t do anything wrong. He simply needs someone willing to give him the time and love he deserves.
With a calm home and a little reassurance, Theodore will blossom into a loyal, devoted companion. He is ready for a true forever home where he can finally feel safe and stay.
