My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please meet this handsome fella Sylvester. While he may seem rather large in size, which he is, he doesn’t seem to think so because he will find a way to totally fit himself into your lap and take a nap!

Sylvester is shy and reserved at first. But with time and patience he is willing to trust and open up. He is very gentle, sweet, and and enjoys making biscuits. Sylvester has a great appetite once he’s settled into a routine. His favorite snack is the Churu lickables. He will need some time when he gets into a new home to decompress and adjust. But once he does he is a real cuddle bug and lap cat.

Sylvester will do well in a calm, adult household or kids 14 years old and up. He will do well as a solo cat or with another calm cat. No dogs. We estimate he was born in January of 2022. Kitty Bio #1634LC-Sy .

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

The goal of our adoption process is to place the right cat(s) with the right person. These are the steps:

  1. Pick out a cat or think about the qualities you want in a cat.

  2. Complete our adoption questionnaire.

  3. Meet the cat over a video call with the foster parent or in person to see if the cat is a good fit for your household.

  4. Meet with an adoption counselor over a video call for a virtual home visit to go over a safety checklist.

  5. We will bring the cat to your home to complete the adoption.
