Liv is the quiet kind of dog who doesn’t ask for attention — she earns your heart slowly and completely.
She was originally found during Hurricane Harvey with a broken leg, and while her body healed, she carried forward a gentle caution with the world. Liv takes a little time to trust people, but she watches closely, learns your patterns, and once she realizes she’s safe… she blossoms.
With patience, treats, and kindness, she becomes deeply affectionate and wonderfully silly. She’ll curl into the tightest little ball and sleep peacefully, then surprise you later with soft tail wags and a playful personality that only her favorite people get to see.
Liv thrives in calm environments and bonds strongly with her person. She isn’t the type to demand attention — she quietly chooses you. When she does, she becomes loyal, loving, and incredibly endearing.
