My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fred and Barney are Holland lop brothers who have a close bond and must always stay together. They were dumped in Long Beach when they were just little babies. It was so scary for them but they persevered and found their way to the city shelter. They have been with the rescue for their formative months. Everyone who sees them is taken by how adorable and affectionate they are! They're just waiting for their forever home now. Could this be you?

More about this rescue

Bunny Haven is a small but mighty group of volunteers who have been supporting rabbit rescues for several years. We began Bunny Haven Rescue in 2025.

Our Mission
Bunny Haven rescues abandoned, neglected, and injured rabbits, then places them in foster homes to ensure proper medical and daily care standards are met. We often partner with municipal shelters such as Long Beach Animal Care Services who provide critical (and costly!) medical care. We emphasize education and support for potential adopters and the community.

Donations, supplies, and fosters are needed. Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to help and learn more!
